Project registration (Level A)

This page lets a registered user voluntarily submit a project to the Network component and publish a follow editorial reference linked to it.

The Network is part of the VxD.mobi SEO and backlink infrastructure: it publishes follow references and classifies project stability over time. It does not guarantee rankings or traffic.

Publication starts only from an action by a registered account, not from autonomous scans or bulk submissions. The project then enters Level A; technical promotions and decays are automated and publicly tracked.
