The score measures observable semantic coherence between query and page, not Google ranking. SERP verification checks the private cache first; an external request is used only when no valid cache exists and is protected by anti-abuse limits.
HOW TO READ IT

Coherence, not SERP sorcery

Query Match compares the phrase and its terms with the page title, H1, description, headings, URL and content. STRONG means the semantic relationship is very clear; two URLs with similarly high scores are flagged as possible cannibalization. The result is diagnostic and does not promise search rankings.
